I design and produce domestic wares and sculptural ceramic forms from my garden studio in Gloucestershire. ​​I am predominantly a thrower, producing work on the pottery wheel. I love the immediacy of the process and find that I am able to be closely responsive to the material of clay when working in this way.

 

​​My work is produced in small batches, focussing on a high level of craftsmanship and skill. I keep my glazes simple - enabling the texture and the tactility of the material to come through. ​​Originally training as a glassblower, I moved towards a ceramics after my Masters degree. I still use multi-disciplines within my work, combining glass, textiles and screen-printing.
